With the offseason underway for most NBA teams, players and coaches use the time to step away and relax before preparing for the next season.
Even when they aren't competing, much of that time is still spent analyzing and studying the game of basketball.
With this being said, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr made quick work of shifting to the offseason, and still decides to share the stories he's been a part of in his basketball career.
After playing and coaching for a combined 27 years in the NBA, he took an interview with host Israel Gutierrez on the Dub Dynasty podcast.
One topic that was brought up was the seasons he spent coaching two of the NBA's greatest in Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant.
The three of them were on a team together from 2016-2019, winning two championships in 2017 and 2018.
Kerr described the time spent with two generational talents on the same team, saying, "It was like watching Mozart and Bach at the exact same time compose music."
"These are the most talented people in the world at what they do. Maybe of all time, and I got to witness that day after day," Kerr said.
Witnessing Steph and KD going through their routine after practice was like “watching Mozart and Bach at the exact same time compose music”.

Durant decided to move on from the Warriors after missing a large part of the 2019 playoffs due to a calf strain and then rupturing his Achilles tendon in Game 5 of the NBA Finals.
He decided to sign with the Brooklyn Nets and never returned to the Warriors.
Meanwhile, Curry continued his Warriors dynasty and would win another NBA championship in 2022 with head coach Kerr.
The NBA community often questions if the Warriors would have maintained their dominance had Durant stayed in Golden State, but today, all that head coach Kerr can do is reflect and share stories.
