Some NBA players have found life in the bubble site of the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Florida unsettling or even difficult.
Los Angeles Lakers center Dwight Howard reportedly is struggling with accepting when he should wear face coverings. Three-time NBA champion LeBron James said "nothing is normal" in 2020:
Lakers’ LeBron James on adjusting to the @NBA bubble: “It’s 2020. Nothing is normal in 2020. Nothing seems as is and who knows if it will ever go back to the way it was.” pic.twitter.com/q9xG7gflbf

Oklahoma City Thunder center Steven Adams wants fans to know he's handling life in Florida just fine.
Per ESPN's Royce Young, Adams spoke with reporters about his living conditions on Monday.
Steven Adams on living in the bubble: "Let's be clear: This is not Syria. It's not that hard ... We're living at a bloody resort. Everyone is going to complain, everyone has their own preferences, nothing too serious. Just a bit of dry food here and there."

Adams added that he's finding ways to pass the time during what could be boring periods.
Adams turns 27 today (actually yesterday in New Zealand, he noted). His plans: "Might just play a bit of chess. Have a feed. Go by the pool. Do a bit of study and that's it. Just another day."

While we can't speak for Adams or other pro athletes who are living a quarantined life while completing seasons or tournaments amid the worsening coronavirus pandemic, we are keen on adding "have a feed" to our active vocabularies.
