Sunday’s Milwaukee Bucks-Dallas Mavericks Game Postponed
Benny Sieu-Imagn Images

The Milwaukee Bucks were scheduled to host the Dallas Mavericks at the Fiserv Forum on Sunday at 6:00 p.m. Central.

However, the game was postponed due to the Mavericks’ inability to leave Dallas, Texas, as a result of inclement weather in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area, per NBA.com. The date of the rescheduled game will be announced at a later time.

If the two teams played on Sunday, Milwaukee would’ve entered the game with an 18-26 record and a two-game losing skid. Dallas would’ve arrived with a 19-26 record.

In Case You Missed It

The Milwaukee Bucks fell to the Denver Nuggets 102-100 at the Fiserv Forum on Friday night. Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 22 points, 13 rebounds, and 7 assists. Julian Strawther led the Nuggets with 20 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists.

The Mavericks fell to the Los Angeles Lakers 116-110 at the American Airlines Center on Saturday night. Max Christie led the Mavs with 24 points, 2 rebounds, and 3 assists. Luka Doncic led the Lakers with 33 points, 8 rebounds, and 11 assists.

Milwaukee Bucks vs. Dallas Mavericks Injuries

Milwaukee ruled out Taurean Prince (herniated disk), Kevin Porter Jr. (oblique muscle strain), and Antetokounmpo (right calf strain). Milwaukee listed AJ Green (illness) and Gary Trent Jr. (illness) as day-to-day.

Milwaukee applied for a Disabled Player Exception for Prince, 31, in Dec. 2025, as they anticipate he’s “substantially more likely than not” to be unable to play through June 15.

Dallas ruled out Dante Exum (right knee), Kyrie Irving (torn ACL), Dereck Lively II (right foot), and Anthony Davis (finger). Dallas listed Cooper Flagg (ankle injury management), Max Christie (ankle), Klay Thompson (knee injury management), Moussa Cisse (illness), and Brandon Williams (knee soreness) as day-to-day.

Bucks vs. Mavericks Next Steps

Sunday night’s game between the Bucks and the Mavericks would’ve showcased a non-conference matchup. Entering the game, the two teams have faced each other 88 times in the regular season, with Milwaukee achieving 50 wins compared to Dallas’ 38.
