The '35-point playoff games by team' quiz

When San Antonio superstar Victor Wembanyama was ejected for elbowing Naz Reid in the second quarter of Game 4 between the Spurs and Timberwolves, the contest went from important to must-win for Minnesota at home.

Behind 36 points from Anthony Edwards (who was still receiving treatment on  his knee injury in his few breaks from action), the Timberwolves tied the series with San Antonio 2-2 with a Mother’s Day victory.

Even without Wemby, Minnesota still needed to climb out of an eight-point hole in the fourth quarter to win 114-109. After the contest, the Timberwolves franchise player said things actually got more difficult after Wembanyama’s ejection.

“Of course, they're a really great team when he's on the floor, but they play a lot slower when he's on the floor because everything is involved around him,” Edwards said.

When he's not on the floor, everybody's playing. It's just like when every team is missing their best player — everybody plays free, they get more shots and more confident.”

Playing without a minutes restriction, Edwards combined for 68 points, 20 rebounds and 8 assists between Games 3 and 4 within the friendly confines of the Target Center.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. Edwards has played in a franchise-record 50 postseason games for the Timberwolves and has eclipsed 35 points in 10 of them. With that being said, can you name the players with the most 35-point playoff games for each NBA Franchise?

Good luck!
