The 'Most points with zero assists in the NBA Finals' quiz

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander followed up his 35-point, zero-assist effort in their Game 4 111-104 win with another 31 points but 10 assists in Game 5 as the OKC took a 3-2 lead over the Indiana Pacers in the NBA Finals. One of the beneficiaries of SGA’s passing in Game 5 was Jalen Williams, who scored seven of his playoff career-high 40 points off of assists from the 2024-25 MVP. It was also Gilgeous-Alexander’s 15th 30-point game of the postseason.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. SGA’s 35 points without an assist in Game 4 were the most by a player in the NBA Finals without dishing out a dime since the NBA/ABA merger. With that being said, how many of the players to score at least 20 points without recording a single assist in an NBA Finals game since 1976-77 can you name in five minutes?

Good luck!
