After 20 seasons spent with five different NBA teams, Kyle Lowry is finally calling it a career after signing a one-day contract to retire as a Toronto Raptor.
Lowry was taken 24th overall out of Villanova in the 2006 NBA Draft by the Memphis Grizzlies, but didn’t arrive in Toronto until six years into his NBA career, and didn’t make the first of his six All-Star teams until 2014-15. Paired with DeMar DeRozan, he and the Raptors were always strong Eastern Conference teams but were unable to get over the championship hump.
That changed for Lowry and the Raptors after they sent DeRozan to San Antonio for Kawhi Leonard, a deal that resulted in Toronto’s lone NBA title. Over the course of his nine seasons with the Raptors, Lowry averaged 17.5 points, 7.1 assists and 1.5 steals-per-game.
After departing the Raps following the 2020-21 campaign, Lowry spent time in a reserve/leadership role with the Miami Heat and Philadelphia 76ers, with his playing time dropping each year.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. Lowry’s 1,518 three-pointers as a Raptor are the most in franchise history. With that being said, can you name the all-time three-point leaders for each NBA team?
Good luck!
