The NBA’s All-Star weekend gets started this coming Friday, and there will be an unexpected inclusion in the festivities. Two-time Three-Point Contest champion Damian Lillard – who hasn’t played this season for the Portland Trail Blazers as he rehabs a torn achilles – will be part of the field for the fourth-straight season.

Lillard is less than 10 months removed from tearing his achilles against the Indiana Pacers, but the 35 year old veteran now has a chance to become the third player ever to win the event three times.
