Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Doncic made his second appearance in Dallas since his blockbuster trade last season, and this time he made NBA history in the process.
Doncic scored 33 points on 8-of-15 shooting with three three-pointers, making him the youngest player in NBA history to reach 1,500 threes. Doncic has terrorized the Mavericks in his two trips back to Dallas, combining for 78 points, 17 assists and 16 rebounds in a Lakers uniform.
After the game, Doncic explained his feelings about returning to the city where he got his NBA start.
“It’s a special place. Every game I want to win, but obviously, this one’s a little bit different,” he said.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. Doncic is one of 27 active NBA players with at least 1,500 made three-pointers in their career. How many of those players can you name in five minutes?
Good luck!
