The 'NBA Playoffs scoring leaders' quiz

The Miami Heat made one of the biggest splashes of the NBA offseason by acquiring 10-time All-Star Giannis Antetokounmpo from the Milwaukee Bucks. Now, they’ve added some veteran shooting by signing four-time NBA champion Klay Thompson after he received a buyout from the Dallas Mavericks.

Thompson will turn 37 during the 2026-27 NBA season and has spent the past two seasons with Dallas, originally joining the Mavs to team up with Luka Doncic. Used mostly as a bench player last year, Thompson averaged 11.7 points-per-game on 38.3 percent shooting from three-point range in a career-low 21.7 minutes-per-contest.

While he’s unlikely to give Miami fans performances like his legendary 37 points in a single quarter, he should help replace some of the shooting prowess lost when Tyler Herro was shipped to Milwaukee in the Giannis deal.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. Thompson is a proven playoff performer, currently ranking 31st all-time in NBA Playoff points. With that being said, can you name every NBA player to score at least 3,000 points in their postseason career?

Good luck!
