The 'NBA scoring champs since 1976' quiz

For the first time in eight seasons, the Los Angeles Lakers are embarking on an NBA season without the services of LeBron James. 

So far, so good as the Lakers have sprinted out to a 3-0 start. Their most recent win came in the form of a 132-123 victory over Utah behind a 52-point, 10-assist, 8-rebound performance from Luka Doncic. 

Now in his ninth NBA season and his second full season with the Lakers, Doncic did something that hadn’t been done before in the Lakers illustrious history, becoming the first Laker with 50+ points, 10+ assists and at least five rebounds and five triples in a single contest.

Next up for LA is a clash against Damian Lillard and the Portland Trail Blazers, who are off to a 2-0 start of their own. 

Which brings us to today’s quiz. Doncic already has two NBA scoring titles under his belt, and through three games his 34.3 points-per-game are good for an early lead in that category once again. With that being said, can you name every NBA scoring champion since the NBA/ABA merger in 1976-77?
