The 'NBA Summer League MVPs' quiz

The Charlotte Hornets have had little to celebrate in their history – but they finally have a trophy to put on display in the Queen City. Behind the fourth-overall selection in this year’s NBA Draft Kon Kenuppel’s 21 points (including a clutch three with less than a minute remaining), the Charlotte Hornets are Summer League champions. 

“If you’re going to come here, you should win. And that’s what we did,” he said after receiving his Summer League MVP award and championship ring. 

Hornets fans will hope the championship – Summer League or not – can be a springboard for change in the organization's direction. The Hornets haven’t won more than 30 games since 2021-22 and haven’t won a playoff series since the team originally relocated to New Orleans.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. While excelling in the Summer League is far from a guarantee a player will be able to cut it at the NBA level, it is certainly better than stinking it up. With that being said, how many players to be named Summer League MVP can you name in five minutes?
