The 'NBA yearly free throw leaders' quiz

It may have taken overtime and 47 points from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander for Oklahoma City to beat the Detroit Pistons without Cade Cunningham, but the Thunder got an important win in their quest to finish atop the West for a second-consecutive season. 

SGA won’t be beating any of the “free throw merchant” accusations after the performance after going 21-for-25 from the charity stripe, but his 13 points in the final 3:39 of regulation and overtime helped OKC escape the shorthanded Pistons. When asked to make his case for his second-career MVP Award after the game, Gilgeous-Alexander declined.

“Nah, I’m good. I let my game do the talking,” the reigning-MVP and champion said following the win.  

Which brings us to today’s quiz. Getting to the free throw line has become a well-known part of SGA’s game. He’s led the NBA in made free throws for the last three seasons, and he’s likely to do so again this season.
