For 53 years, the New York Knicks have had to listen to the rest of the NBA laugh at them for their ever-growing title drought.
But at the championship parade in New York City on Thursday, Finals MVP and playoff leading-scorer Jalen Brunson let everyone know what he wanted to do with his turn with the talking stick.
“There’s a lot of people with a lot of negative stuff to say. There are a lot of people who have opinions. But when you prove them wrong, you don’t have to say s--t to them,” he said in front of a crowd of more than two million.
Brunson had about as decorated a season as a player can in 2025-26, not just winning the NBA title and Finals MVP, but also Eastern Conference Finals MVP, NBA Cup MVP and the NBA Cup itself – winning that Final over San Antonio as well.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. Brunson was the leading scorer in the 2026 NBA Playoffs, averaging 28.4 points-per-game. With that being said, can you name every player to lead the postseason in points-per-game since the NBA/ABA merger in 1976-77?
Good luck!
