The Milwaukee Bucks have been one of the most talked-about teams in the NBA free agency.
They were expected to be the side that makes a few moves as their star player Giannis Antetokounmpo had expressed a desire to move to another team.
The two-time MVP wanted to compete for a championship and the Milwaukee Bucks promised to make adjustments to the roster to help do that.
As part of that, they brought in Myles Turner on a four-year $107 million deal , but just hours later, it was announced that they waived star guard Damian Lillard to help facilitate the move.

Lillard went down to an Achilles injury and is expected to be out for at least the majority of next season.
However, there are some teams that are already interested in acquiring his services with Minnesota Timberwolves tipped as number one on the list.
With him being waived, the Bucks need a player who can run the ball-handling responsibilities and set up Antetokounmpo.
There are still a number of free agents whom the Bucks can look at to fill the position.
In this list, we will take a look at some of the top options the Bucks could pursue.
Russell Westbrook played with the Denver Nuggets last season and did a phenomenal job in his time there.
He made some big plays in the playoffs as well to help the Nuggets make it to the second round, but they eventually lost to the OKC Thunder in Game 7.
The former MVP averaged 13.3 PPG, 4.9 RPG and 6.1 APG, while shooting brilliantly from the corner threes.
He played brilliantly when Jokic was in the lineup with him, and everyone on the roster really appreciated his presence in the locker room.
In a team like the Bucks, Westbrook would be a great addition as not only will he have Antetokounmpo who can score well, but the likes of Myles Turner and Bobby Portis are also great cutters, which will bring the best out of the nine-time All-Star.
Josh Giddey is the only restricted free agent in this list, but certainly the youngest.
He had a breakthrough season with the Chicago Bulls, averaging 14.6 PPG, 8.1 RPG and 7.2 APG.
Giddey shot a career best percentage from three-point range as he went 37.8% from deep for a Bulls team that did not even make the playoffs.
The Australian also had one of the best buzzer beaters of the season when he drained a three from halfcourt to help the Bulls get a win against the LA Lakers.
While him being a restricted free agent makes it a difficult move for the Bucks to execute, they will try their best as he is a talented young guard, who has proven his ability in the league.
He is a great passer and considering his age, he would be a brilliant fit alongside the players on the Bucks’ roster.

Chris Paul is a player that has been discussed as a free agent signing for many teams.
He confirmed that a move would be made after discussing it with his family, but according to Shams Charania, the Bucks were in contact with Paul to fill in their point guard spot.
He averaged 8.8 PPG and 7.4 APG last season with the San Antonio Spurs, helping young star Victor Wembanyama take another leap in his game.

While he is 40, Paul is certainly still a sensational addition to any roster as his IQ helps everyone on the team play brilliantly.
The Bucks are really light in the point guard position, but bringing in a player like Paul, who played 82 games last season, would help them get a long way.
