Chet Holmgren and Jalen Williams each scored 25 points as the defending champion Oklahoma City Thunder dominated the Utah Jazz 131-101 on Sunday night, extending their winning streak to 15 games and improving to 23-1.

Holmgren also added nine rebounds while Williams contributed eight assists. Aaron Wiggins added 19 points and Branden Carlson scored a season-high 13, helping the Thunder shoot 58% from the field and connect on 21 3-pointers. Oklahoma City also capitalized on 17 Utah turnovers for 27 points.

Utah was led by Kyle Filipkowski with 21 points and 10 rebounds, while Walter Clayton Jr. and Taylor Hendricks scored 20 points each. Clayton also added nine assists. Both teams were missing their top scorers: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander sat out for Oklahoma City with left elbow bursitis, and Utah’s Lauri Markkanen missed the game due to illness.

The Thunder jumped to a 13-1 lead before Utah scored its first basket, and a 25-7 run fueled by Branden Carlson’s dunk and three 3-pointers pushed Oklahoma City’s advantage to 43-16 by the end of the first quarter. Oklahoma City maintained a double-digit lead throughout the game, stretching it to as much as 42 points in the second half.

The Thunder will host Phoenix on Wednesday in an NBA Cup quarterfinal, while the Jazz travel to Memphis on Friday.
