All the stars were out on Friday night as the New York Knicks hosted the Boston Celtics in a Game 6 battle, aiming to close out the second-round series.

The Knicks did exactly that, taking down the Celtics 119-81 to advance to the Eastern Conference Finals.

The stars in Madison Square Garden weren't just the ones on the hardwood. There were plenty of celebrities sporting Knicks gear, cheering on the historic franchise in the high-profile matchup -- something that's not out of the ordinary in New York.

Timothee Chalamet is among the most famous attendees of the game, as he was sitting by Bad Bunny. The two were continually shown on the broadcast throughout the 48-minute battle.

After the game, rowdy Knicks fans, chanting "Knicks in 6," had taken over the streets of Manhattan.

Chalamet, known as a man of the people, was quick to cheer alongside the fellow Knicks fans. He went viral for hanging out of his car and cheering with the fans in the streets of Manhattan.

Many video iterations of the situation have since surfaced on social media, collectively drawing millions of views. This post from @NBA_NewYork alone has over 400,000 views.

In all fairness to Knicks fans, the club is in the conference finals for the first time since 2000. They're also known as die-hard fans.

The reaction itself isn't surprising, and good for Chalamet to be able to be a part of it in the streets.

Ben Stiller, Spike Lee, Chalamet and a long list of celebrities that are die-hard Knicks fans get to see their favorite team play at least four more games, as the winner between New York and the Indiana Pacers will make the NBA Finals.
