Trail Blazers used flight delay to make music video

The Portland Trail Blazers had an unexpected delay in trying to get to Sacramento on Wednesday night, and they used that opportunity to create a music video on the team plane.

Because of a snowstorm, the Trail Blazers' flight was delayed for seven hours on the runway (before ultimately being cancelled), and that provided all of the inspiration for Damian Lillard and his teammates to write a new rap song and record a music video for it.

Lillard posted the video on his Instagram page (be warned there is some NSFW language), and if nothing else it probably helped pass the time during what was likely a frustrating situation.

Along with being one of the best pure shooters in the league, Lillard is also regarded as one of the best rappers in the NBA and has released four studio albums during his 10-year NBA career.

His first album, "The Letter O," which he released in 2016, even made the billboard top-200 chart and climbed as high as No. 113.

He has also had two other albums place on the Indie chart.

He is a man of many, many talents.

His latest song featured him free styling over GloRilla and Cardi B's "Tomorrow 2" beat.
