The Philadelphia 76ers led at halftime of a Game 1 matchup against the Miami Heat, but couldn't keep pace in the second half as the Heat pulled away for a 106-92 win.
Tyler Herro led the way for Miami with 25 points and seven assists, draining four of his six 3-point attempts Monday night.

Philadelphia is currently without NBA MVP finalist Joel Embiid after he suffered a orbital fracture and mild concussion in the final minutes of the team's series-clinching Game 6 win against the Toronto Raptors. The 76ers are reportedly optimistic that Embiid will be able to play when the series returns to Philadelphia for Games 3 and 4.
Without Embiid, the 76ers were out rebounded 47 to 37 on Monday. The team also struggled to shoot from outside, sinking only six of 34 attempts from outside the 3-point arc.
Heat center Bam Adebayo scored 24 points with 12 rebounds, four assists, and two steals. The 76ers' Tobias Harris led all scorers with 27 points.
Game 2 in Miami is scheduled for Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. ET.
