Victor Wembanyama is going viral again, but this time it has nothing to do with basketball.

Ahead of the UEFA Champions League final between Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal, Wembanyama was asked who he had winning the match. His answer was brutally honest.

“PSG of course, at least they’re going to make it fun, cause I know Arsenal ain’t.”

The quote immediately exploded across Reddit and social media, with NBA and soccer fans piling on Arsenal for their conservative style of play and another failed European run. Since Wembanyama is from France and grew up near Paris, his PSG support is not surprising, but the way he delivered the line made it instantly viral.

Fans in the Reddit thread were loving it. Some called it a “W stray,” while others begged PSG to “save football.”

It is another rough moment for Arsenal supporters, who are once again being mocked online after falling short on the biggest stage. The club has constantly been criticized for not being aggressive enough in massive European matches, and Wembanyama basically echoed what many neutral fans already believe.
