Video of Nikola Jokic, Serbia Getting Heated Over Kevin Durant in Olympics is Trending

A behind-the-scenes look at some of the men's basketball teams during the 2024 Paris Olympics, "Court of Gold," is streaming now Netflix in its debut on Tuesday. The TV mini-series offers an inside look at the teams from the United States, France, Serbia and Canada across six episodes.

One video clip is making the rounds on social media as Nikola Jokic and the Serbian team argue among themselves after a difficult first half against the United States in the group play stage.

American forward Kevin Durant lit up the Serbs with 21 points in the first half, giving the United States a 58-49 lead going into halftime.

As Jokic and a teammate discuss how to guard Durant, Svetislav Pesic enters the locker room fired up and yells at his team.

"Let's see if Durant, the best man on the court, who shoots 5-for-5 on three-pointers. He comes and puts a ball through your hoop. Whom are you guarding? Whom are you guarding? You're guarding him! You're not guarding anyone else! No other player is of your concern! He is your only concern!"

Durant was held to two points in the second half, but the U.S. cruised to an eventual 110-84 win. Durant led all scorers with 23 and LeBron James added 21 points, seven rebounds and nine assists in the group stage victory.

Serbia would get a rematch against the United States in the Olympic semifinal, but would lose 95-91. They would win the bronze medal game against Germany, 93-83, while the U.S. would secure the gold against France in the final, 98-87.

Durant is a four-time Olympic gold medalist (2012, 2016, 2020 and 2024) and Team USA's all-time leading scorer (518 points). He is the first male athlete to win four Olympic gold medals in a team sport.
