The 2024-25 NBA season felt like uncharted territory for the Golden State Warriors.
For the first time in 14 years, the Bay Area boys tipped off a new campaign without beloved sharpshooter Klay Thompson. They raced off to a hot start before suffering a string of lackluster wintertime results, but a February trade for Jimmy Butler was a shot in the arm. The wily veteran wing put in work, helping Steve Kerr's 48-34 Dubs to a backdoor playoff appearance via the NBA Play-in Tournament.
The thrill of a first-round upset victory over the No. 2 seed Houston Rockets was very real, but quickly gave way to a crash-out against the Minnesota Timberwolves in just five games.
Now, all eyes turn to the 2025 NBA Summer League, hoop fans' first chance to take in some on-court action since the Oklahoma City Thunder hoisted the Larry O'Brien Trophy on June 22.
So, whom have GM Mike Dunleavy Jr. and Co. selected to represent Golden State on the sweltering summer stage? From NCAA championship combatants Will Richard and LJ Cryer to veterans like former Duke big man Marques Bolden making one more run at it, check out our full rundown of the 2025 Warriors Summer League roster below.
