Warriors' Andre Iguodala to miss Game 2 of NBA Finals with knee inflammation

The Golden State Warriors will be without veteran Andre Iguodala for Game 2 of the NBA Finals.

There was hope Iguodala would play after being listed as questionable on Saturday's injury report. However, a few hours ahead of Game 2, Iguodala was ruled out with right knee inflammation

The 38-year-old suited up for Game 1 of the NBA Finals, finishing with seven points and three assists, seeing 12 minutes of playing time.

Iguodala has missed 12 games this postseason for the Warriors. Game 1 of the Finals was his first action since Game 4 of the opening round.

In four playoff games, Iguodala has averaged 2.8 points, 2.5 assists and 1.8 rebounds in 13.6 minutes per game.

Iguodala played in only 31 regular-season games, averaging 4.0 points, 3.7 assists and 3.2 rebounds per contest.

James Wiseman (right knee, injury management) is the only other Warriors player listed as out for Game 2; Gary Payton II (left elbow) and Otto Porter Jr. (left foot soreness) are listed as questionable.

For the Celtics, Robert Williams III is listed as available despite left knee soreness, per the team.
