Draymond Green recently capped off his 13th season with the Golden State Warriors.

Green and the Warriors entered the NBA playoffs after finding success with Jimmy Butler, whom the organization traded for ahead of the deadline.

Despite the addition, Stephen Curry was injured in the second round, leading to a 4-1 series loss for the Warriors, falling at the hands of Anthony Edwards and the Minnesota Timberwolves.

After the Warriors' loss, as Golden State regroups and attempts to return to championship form, the NBA highlighted a prestigious feat for Green.

Green has been named a member of the First Team All-Defensive team. That marks his ninth time receiving All-Defensive honors in his 13-year NBA career.

"Heart & Hustle," posted the official social media account for the Golden State Warriors. "For the ninth time in his career, Draymond Green has been named to the NBA's All-Defensive Team."

Green was listed on the NBA's First Team All-Defense alongside several stars, including Evan Mobley, Dyson Daniels, Luguentz Dort and Amen Thompson.

The following players made the Second Team All-Defense: Jaren Jackson Jr., Rudy Gobert, Toumani Camara, Jalen Williams and Ivica Zubac.

Green received 81 first-team votes and 17 second-team votes from a global panel of 100 voters who chose the NBA's All-Defensive teams.

Throughout the season, Green averaged 9.0 points, 6.1 rebounds and 5.6 assists per game.

On the defensive end, the Golden State Warriors star posted 1.0 blocks and 1.5 steals per game, serving as the team's most valuable defender.
