Watch: Dillon Brooks did WHAT to LeBron James?

Dillon Brooks had plenty of trash talk for LeBron James after the Memphis Grizzlies’ Game 2 win. Brooks barely made it to the third quarter in Game 3.

In the culmination of a rough overall game for the Grizzlies' wing, Brooks was ejected 17 seconds into the second half after striking James in the groin. After Game 2, Brooks said he "pokes bears." In Game 3, he was poking berries, so to speak.

Brooks was playing so badly that his ejection felt like it might hurt the Lakers more than the Grizzlies. He was shooting 3-for-13 with a turnover and zero assists and went 0-for-4 in Memphis' nine-point first quarter. Meanwhile, James shot 4-for-6 for eight points, which probably didn't concern Brooks, since he said he doesn't "respect anyone until he gives me 40."

James said he wasn't going to be distracted by Brooks, and that continued even after "that incident."

"Just tried to get up, protect my crown jewels and move on," James said. Considering Brooks' accuracy the rest of the game, he probably went 1-for-2 on the jewels at best.

Brooks' night was so bad, he got roasted by broadcaster Doris Burke during the game. In the course of praising Brooks' intangibles, Burke was very dismissive of Brooks' tangibles.

"He does not bring elite athleticism to the floor," Burke said in the first quarter. "He obviously does not bring elite shooting."

What does Brooks do at an elite level? Commit flagrant 2 fouls. It's the second time in two years Brooks has been ejected from a playoff game for a flagrant 2 foul.

Brooks didn't bring elite trash talk either.
