PHOENIX — In their first game after the NBA trade deadline, the Phoenix Suns sit ninth in the Western Conference with a 25-25 record. Before their three-game homestand that includes matchups against the Denver Nuggets and Memphis Grizzlies (two top-3 teams in the west), president of basketball operations and general manager James Jones addressed the media.

Phoenix was a major topic of discussion this trade cycle. Kevin Durant reportedly was being shopped , Bradley Beal and his coveted no-trade clause were a huge force in discussions, and Jones spoke on all of it.
