Edwards scored 37 points in the first three quarters of Game 4, scoring nearly half of Minnesota’s 69 points during that time. He did it on just 21 shots, shooting 14-of-21 and 5-of-8 from deep, and added four assists.

Denver did an excellent job on the rest of Minnesota’s offensive threats, but there may be no defense in the league that can stop the 22-year-old Edwards. When they play him tight, he accelerates to the rim. If there’s a cushion, he doesn’t hesitate to take jumpers.
