The Washington Wizards have continued to lose every game this month and as Kyle Kuzma stated at the previous postgame, there isn't much positive to take away from these losses. There seems to be an overall lack of energy and the players agree.

After the game Coach Wes Unseld Jr., Corey Kispert, and Jordan Poole spoke to the media. Below are a few notable quotes from the postgame conference.

Coach Wes Unseld Jr.

"We've had some nights where [Jordan Poole] had the ball in his hands and teams have blitzed and really try to put a lot of pressure on him to get off the ball. So he's just finding that balance for him and reading the flow"

"That consistency piece is something we're still trying to figure out. We've shown really good stretches at times just, not long enough."

Corey Kispert

"It tells the story of the game, we got to come out of the locker room at halftime ready to go and that's on all of us. As players, we got to do what we have to do to be ready to start because you can't give teams runs like that no matter when it is in the game"

"[we've' let a lot of close [games] go because we mess up in those margins and energy coming out of the half is definitely a margin kind of thing for us. Rebounding, things like shots going in are going to flow game to game, but those little things we can control, we have to take advantage and take ownership of when we really wanna win these games"

Jordan Poole

"We could have got off to a faster start, but there are also 12 minutes in the game. We can probably do a better job starting. It happens sometimes, we're on the road. We obviously don't want to be forced to call a quick timeout but... you gotta find a way to be better out of halftime."
