The Indiana Fever’s five-game losing streak has spurred Caitlin Clark haters to come out for the rookie at every chance they get. In turn, Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James has a powerful message for the WNBA star.
At this point in time, the Indiana Fever hasn’t won a single game ever since Clark first played this season. Over the course of that five-game stretch , the rookie played against teams like New York Liberty, Connecticut Sun, and Seattle Storm.
Over the course of those contests, Caitlin Clark played an average of 31.4 minutes with 17.8 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 5.8 assists per contest. She also shot 40 percent from the field, 32 percent from deep, and 91 percent from beyond the arc. However, the former Iowa Hawkeyes star also committed an average of 5.8 turnovers and 3.4 fouls ever since she made he debut.
The Fever’s five-game losing streak has given Caitlin Clark haters tons of ammunition to hurl against the rookie. This criticism comes from certain players who have expressed their resentment over the the Indiana star’s popularity driving the WNBA right now. Add the league’s recent decision to provide chartered flights to everyone because of her, and there’s bound to be some detractors out for blood to diminish the former Iowa guard’s impact.
Despite Clark’s critics running wild, there are some who have voiced out their support for the Indiana star. Among those is Lakers star LeBron James in a video posted by his Mind The Game podcast’s account on X:
Here’s what @KingJames has to say about @CaitlinClark22 and the hate that she has received during her time in the WNBA.

Only a chosen few have been in the situation Clark is in right now and James is one of them. Furthermore, the Lakers star was right in pointing out that many great things are happening in the WNBA because of her.
It remains to be seen whether these critics will quiet down or just get louder in the coming days. In any case, having the King on Clark’s side is one massive show of support that’s not easy to find.
