Despite requesting yet another trade last week, James Harden remains a member of the Philadelphia 76ers. If some members of the front office get their way, it might stay that way going into the season. A recent report by ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski has Sixers president Daryl Morey hoping to change Harden's mind and convince him to stay in Philly for one more year. Morey and Harden have a long and complex relationship going back to their time in Houston together, and the former believes he can reason with the former MVP to keep him as Joel Embiid's running mate. Still, the team is doing its due diligence regarding possible trade partners, but don't be surprised if Harden's time as a Sixer does not come to an unceremonious end in the coming months.
