The NBA is entering perhaps the most important part of its calendar. With the draft starting on Wednesday night and free agency negotiations beginning on July 1, the personnel decisions made over the next few weeks will go on to separate the contenders, pretenders and tankers of the next NBA season. As the prospects at the top of this year's draft class aren't particularly exciting, there's even more pressure on executives to conduct savvy business in free agency.
