NBA free agency hit the ground running, and Chris Paul is one of the big names in a new place after signing a one-year, $11 million deal with the San Antonio Spurs. Signing the 19-year veteran could be a smart move for the Spurs, who had the youngest roster in the NBA on opening night in 2023-24, finished 22-60 and were facing pressure to surround young star Victor Wembanyama with more talent this off season. Between acquiring Paul and selecting Connecticut's Stephon Castle with the fourth pick of the NBA draft, they are off to a good start.
Which brings us to today's quiz. CP3 isn't the scorer he used to be, but he has a chance to show he can still run an NBA offense as a facilitator and mentor the next generation of players. With that being said, how many of the NBA players to lead the league in assists per game since the NBA-ABA merger can you name in five minutes?
Good luck!
