Former Denver Broncos quarterback and general manager John Elway collected three Super Bowl rings in his time as a player and executive. But he recently admitted to his “biggest mistake,” as a member of the Broncos front office – taking Brandon Chubb instead of Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen in the 2018 NFL draft. 

“He was my type,” Elway told the Associated Press. “That was probably the biggest mistake of my GM days.” Buffalo Bills fans are certainly happy that Allen fell to them, as he helped deliver the franchises first playoff win in 25 years in 2020, and has made the Bills a perennial contender in the AFC.
