The Los Angeles Rams fell to the Detroit Lions on the first “Sunday Night Football,” of the 2024 season, but got a vintage performance from wide receiver Cooper Kupp. With fellow WR Puka Nacua exiting the game with a knee injury, Kupp did his best to carry the Rams receiving corps, catching 14 passes (his most since Week 2 in 2022 against San Francisco) for 110 yards and a touchdown. No other Rams receiver had more than five catches on Sunday night, and Kupp tripled the amount of targets (21) of the next closest receiver (seven). Kupp has shown he can be a high-volume receiver in the past, but is now 31 and dealt with injuries over the past couple of seasons. 

Which brings us to today’s quiz. The Rams rode the Stafford/Kupp combination to a Super Bowl title in 2021, with Kupp winning the receiving triple crown by leading the NFL in receptions, receiving yards and receiving touchdowns.
