The Detroit Lions offense has been a juggernaut this season, and a big reason why is their lethal one-two running back punch of David Montgomery and Jahmyr Gibbs. The pair have combined for 1,693 rushing yards and 21 touchdowns in 2024, and the Lions are fourth in the NFL with 154.4 rushing yards-per-game. The pair will face a tough test on "Thursday Night Football," against the division rival Green Bay Packers, who have the eighth-best rushing defense in the league allowing 106.6 yards-per-game. If the pair are able to have their way with Green Bay, the Lions could clinch back-to-back 12-win seasons for the first time in the franchise’s 95 year history.
