The on-field drama of the NFL season is well in our rear-view mirror, but off-field drama of contract negotiations has just begun. One of the most high-profile discussions will be between the Cincinnati Bengals and wide receiver Tee Higgins. The Bengals are planning to franchise tag Higgins for the second-straight season, which would pay him $26.2 million next year. But with Higgins looking for a long-term contract, he may decide to hold out from the team until they offer him the contract he’s looking for.
