After a sparkling eight-year career with the Los Angeles Rams, wide receiver Cooper Kupp has signed a three-year, $45 million contract with the Seattle Seahawks.
It’s a homecoming for the veteran who grew up about 140 miles from Seattle and played his college ball at Eastern Washington. Kupp is the latest part of a retooling operation in Seattle that saw the departures of Tyler Lockett, DK Metcalf and Geno Smith as well as the blockbuster signing of quarterback Sam Darnold. Kupp should fit nicely as a No. 2 option behind young star Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. At 31 years old and coming off three injury-riddled seasons in a row, Kupp is unlikely to return to his triple-crown-winning form from 2021, but you can bet he’ll still have a nose for the end zone. With that being said, how many of the players to lead the NFL in touchdown catches since 2000 can you name in five minutes?
Good luck!
