Another day, another team that has decided that Aaron Rodgers is not going to be their quarterback. This time it’s the Minnesota Vikings, who are reportedly set to roll with 2024 first round NFL draft pick J.J. McCarthy this season after recovering from a knee injury that forced him to miss his entire rookie season. Despite the news, Rodgers is in “no rush at all,” to make a decision about where he’d like to sign for 2025 according to NFL insider Adam Schefter. While there are still a couple teams (like the Giants and Steelers) with major QB question marks, it is looking unlikely a contending team is going to hitch their wagon to Rodgers.
