When Jimmy Butler was taking the Miami Heat to the NBA Finals, he had to be the main man on both ends of the floor. But now with the Golden State Warriors and playing alongside his "Batman," Stephen Curry, Butler is happy to play the role of Robin.
The pair combined for 75 points while getting to the line a staggering 31 times in the play-in tournament victory over the Memphis Grizzlies to set up a date with a new generation of one of Curry’s old foes — the Houston Rockets. The Warriors have been a different team since acquiring Butler at the trade deadline, going 20-7 since his arrival.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. The Warriors may have needed the play-in tournament to officially make the postseason, but they have two of the best playoff performers of the modern era on their side. With that being said, how many of the players with at least 2,500 career points in the NBA playoffs in the three-point era can you name in five minutes?
Good luck!
