The Houston Texans vs. Carolina Panthers preseason game (briefly) featured a matchup between the top two picks of the 2023 NFL Draft – C.J. Stroud vs. Bryce Young. Stroud looked sharper over the weekend, going 6-for-8 with 44 yards and a touchdown compared to an 0-for-2 showing from Young. Stroud has undoubtedly had a better start to his NFL career, winning 2023 Offensive Rookie of the Year and leading the Texans to the postseason twice already. But Young closed that gap a bit in the final 10 games of 2024, throwing 15 touchdowns to just four interceptions en route to a 4-6 record. 

Which brings us to today’s quiz. Stroud immediately rewarded the Texans for selecting him second-overall in the 2023 draft, throwing for 4,108 yards, 23 touchdowns and just five interceptions as a rookie.
