Bridges added 14 points, seven rebounds and five assists to go with three steals, and Karl-Anthony Towns said after the game he’s glad people are getting to see Bridges shine in the spotlight. 

“That’s what he does. We got the Clutch Player of the Year in the NBA, and possibly the most clutch defender in the NBA as well,” he said. 

“It’s only right that with all the talk people have done about Mikal is when the lights were the brightest that he gets to show his worth.”
