The Oklahoma City Thunder did not let that happen to them, smashing the Denver Nuggets 125-93 in Game 7 to advance to the Western Conference Finals. Led by 35 points from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, 24 from Jalen Williams and a double-double from Chet Holmgren, the Thunder officially booked their ticket back to the NBA’s final four. They’ll take on the Timberwolves in Holmgren’s hometown of Minneapolis, something he said he’s looking forward to.

“Any time I go home I get to play in front of family, old coaches, old teammates. I never take it for granted,” Holmgren said.
