We've only got two weeks left in the 2023 NFL regular season, and things are getting dramatic at the top of the 2024 NFL Draft order. The Week 16 slate shuffled a handful of teams at the bottom of the standings, with the Chicago Bears still holding a one-game lead for the No. 1 pick thanks to last year's pre-draft trade with the Carolina Panthers. These last two weeks could have a massive impact on which teams end up in position to land one of this year's top quarterback prospects. Here's what the first-round order would look like if next year's draft took place after Week 16 action (via Tankathon): 1. Chicago Bears (from CAR) 2. Arizona Cardinals 3. Washington Commanders 4. New England Patriots 5. New York Giants 6. Los Angeles Chargers 7. Tennessee titans 8. Chicago Bears 9. New York Jets 10. Atlanta Falcons 11. New Orleans Saints 12. Green Bay Packers 13. Las Vegas Raiders 14. Denver Broncos 15. Minnesota Vikings 16. Arizona Cardinals (from HOU) 17. Pittsburgh Steelers 18. Cincinnati Bengals 19. Tampa Bay
