2026 Offseason Outlook for All 32 NFL Teams

The NFL offseason is in full swing ... although there really is no offseason in the league anymore. Ten teams have already hired new head coaches. Many teams still have opening on their staffs that they’re trying to fill. Free agency is just a few weeks away, as is the NFL Combine and everything else in preparation for the 2026 NFL Draft.

Before you know it, the 2026 NFL schedule will be released and offseason workouts will get underway.

With that in mind, Athlon Sports is running a series of offseason outlooks for all 32 NFL teams. We’ll look to have them all out when free agency gets in gear in mid-March.
