After missing practice on Wednesday and being limited on Thursday due to an illness, San Francisco 49ers superstar running back Christian McCaffrey got back to work on Friday.

The 49ers announced that the three-time Pro Bowl tailback was a full participant in the team's practice heading into a Week 15 showdown against the Tennessee Titans at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

Although the Niners are facing a lowly team that is already out of contention for a spot in the NFL playoffs and has won only two games through 14 weeks in the 2025 regular season, they still can't afford to take their foot off the gas.

Having McCaffrey on the field will always give San Francisco's offense a high floor and ceiling. So far in the season, McCaffrey has 849 rushing yards and eight touchdowns on 237 carries.

In addition, the former Stanford Cardinal star has 806 receiving yards and five touchdowns on 85 receptions and 107 targets. He has shown durability as well in his ninth season in the NFL, having missed zero games to date in the campaign.

With McCaffrey looking ready to give it a go in Week 15, the 49ers can be expected to have a big day on the ground against one of the worst defenses in the league. The Titans are 29th overall this season with an average of 27.5 points allowed per contest.

San Francisco enters Week 15 on a three-game winning streak coming off a bye and with a 9-4 record that puts them inside the NFL playoff picture. However, they still trail the 10-3 Los Angeles Rams and the 10-3 Seattle Seahawks in the NFC West standings.
