49ers announce roster moves, place O-lineman on IR

The San Francisco 49ers have signed defensive ends William Bradley-King and Demone Harris to one-year deals. Both additions were first reported on Wednesday.

To make room on the roster, the team placed offensive lineman Andre Dillard on the injured reserve list and waived defensive lineman Michael Dwumfour.

The 49ers Communications staff provided the following rundown.

Bradley-King (6-4, 265) was originally drafted by the Washington Commanders in the seventh round (240th overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft. Throughout his four-year career with between the practice squad and active rosters of the Commanders (2021-23) New England Patriots (2023-24) and Miami Dolphins (2024), he has appeared in four games and registered seven tackles. In 2024, Bradley-King spent training camp with the Patriots and signed to the Dolphins practice squad on August 30 where he spent the season.

A 27-year-old native of Kansas City, MO, Bradley-King spent five seasons (2016-20) at Arkansas State University (2016-19) and Baylor University (2020). Throughout his collegiate career, he appeared in 27 games (21 starts) and registered 51 tackles, 15.5 tackles for loss, 9.5 sacks and four passes defensed. He twice earned All-Sun Belt Conference honors (First-Team – 2019; Second-Team – 2018) and earned All-Big 12 Honorable Mention honors as a senior in 2020.

Harris (6-4, 265) originally entered the NFL after signing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent on April 30, 2018. Throughout his six-year career with the Buccaneers (2018-19), Kansas City Chiefs (2019-21), Houston Texans (2022-23) and Atlanta Falcons (2023-24), he has appeared in 23 games (one start) and registered 22 tackles and two passed defensed. He also appeared in two postseason contests with Kansas City. In 2024, Harris appeared in nine games and totaled 11 tackles and one pass defensed with the Falcons.

A 29-year-old native of Buffalo, NY, Harris attended the University of Buffalo for five seasons (2013-17) where he appeared in 36 games (18 starts) and registered 107 tackles, 18.0 tackles for loss, four passes defensed, one interception, five forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.

Dillard (6-5, 315) originally signed with the team on May 9, 2025.

Dwumfour (6-1, 296) originally signed with the team August 7, 2025.
