49ers' George Kittle singing with Taylor Swift at TEU goes viral
Joe Camporeale-USA TODAY Sports

Pop superstar Taylor Swift made a surprise appearance at Tight End University (TEU) in Nashville this week. The annual summit for NFL tight ends was co-founded by San Francisco 49ers star George Kittle, Kansas City Chiefs tight end—and Swift's boyfriend—Travis Kelce, and former NFL tight end Greg Olsen. A video shared by ESPN's Adam Schefter showing Kittle, Kelce, and others in an impromptu sing-along with Swift has since gone viral.

In the video, the trio can be seen jumping and belting out the chorus of Swift's 2008 hit "Love Story," with Kittle panning the camera to include Kelce.

Tight End University, founded in 2021, brings together the NFL's top tight ends for training, skill development, and off-field camaraderie. This year's event appears to have blended football and pop culture, and social media provided fans of both the NFL and Swift with behind-the-scenes looks at the festivities.

Earlier in the week, photos surfaced from the first night of TEU, showing Swift mingling with attendees, including Kittle's wife, Claire.

Swift's appearances at NFL-related events continue to attract new fans who eagerly follow the pop star's every move, adding to the already popular league's growing spotlight.
