The San Francisco 49ers are unlikely to release an official injury report until next week, when NFL teams are required to do so ahead of the regular season. However, the media was allowed to observe a portion of Monday's practice, the first of three sessions this week, as the 49ers prepare to travel to Australia for their Week 1 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams.
While several players returned to practice—including safety Malik Mustapha (hamstring strain), fullback Kyle Juszczyk (finger fracture), and offensive linemen Dominick Puni (concussion) and Vederian Lowe (high-ankle sprain)—the 49ers were without several others.
ESPN's Nick Wagoner identified nine players who did not participate in Monday's practice, excluding players currently on the team's official injury lists.

Prysock and Willis suffered their respective injuries during the 49ers' preseason finale against the Las Vegas Raiders. The other seven players were among those who did not participate in last week's final training camp practice.
While Bosa's absence might concern fans, the 49ers remain confident he will be ready for Week 1. Head coach Kyle Shanahan told reporters on Monday that the team is just being smart with their star pass rusher.
"You guys see him on the field working out. He's feeling great," Shanahan said.
The 49ers will practice twice more this week before traveling to Australia. We will continue to monitor these injuries as the start of the regular season quickly approaches.
