49ers' Kyle Juszczyk and wife Kristin go viral with offseason workout video

The San Francisco 49ers may be enjoying a break before training camp kicks off, but fullback Kyle Juszczyk isn't taking any time off. The veteran is staying in peak shape and making headlines, thanks to a viral offseason workout video featuring his wife, Kristin Juszczyk.

Kristin, a fashion designer known for her NFL-inspired designs, shared a behind-the-scenes look at one of their intense training sessions. The Instagram video quickly gained traction across social media.

"Back by popular demand… the dreaded 'come train with me today,'" Kristin captioned the post, adding a skull and sweaty red-faced emoji.

The video features the power couple powering through a series of rigorous drills on the field, including medicine ball throws and agility work. Kyle doesn't go easy on Kristin, pushing her to match his NFL-level intensity throughout the session.

Even Olivia Culpo, wife of 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey, chimed in, commenting, "Every inch of my body hurts looking at this."

The viral moment comes after a busy offseason for the 49ers, which included significant roster changes and questions about Juszczyk's future. The team released the veteran fullback earlier this offseason, only to re-sign him to a new two-year, $7.5 million deal.

Juszczyk, 34, is entering his 13th NFL season. The nine-time Pro Bowler and two-time All-Pro remains a crucial piece of head coach Kyle Shanahan's offense—and evidently, a pretty motivating workout partner.
