49ers, NFL 2024 schedule to be announced on Wednesday, May 15

Keeping with the trend of announcing the schedule in May, the NFL officially announced that it will release the entire league schedule for the 2024 season on Wednesday, May 15, at 5:00 p.m. PT. This will include the San Francisco 49ers' full slate of 17 regular-season games.

The schedule release will be covered by live primetime coverage on NFL Network, NFL.com, the NFL app, and NFL+.

ESPN will also have a two-hour primetime special highlighting the release of the 2024 regular season schedule on Wednesday at 5 p.m. PT on ESPN2 and simulcast on ESPN+.

Earlier today, it was announced the NFL Kickoff game on Thursday, September 5 will feature a rematch of last year's AFC Championship Game when the Super Bowl-champion Kansas City Chiefs host the Baltimore Ravens on NBC and Peacock, and available on mobile devices with NFL+.

The 2024 International Games will be revealed during NFL Network's "Good Morning Football" show ahead of the full schedule announcement Wednesday evening.
