After racking up almost $90 million in career earnings, C.J. Mosley ended his playing days earlier this offseason. He had the chance to coach with the New York Jets after finishing his 10-year career with 1,083 tackles, but the former Alabama Crimson Tide superstar decided to invest his time elsewhere.
Said Mosley, "Coaching was never my path, but guiding, mentoring and doing the right thing has always been in my DNA."
Instead, he's launching a full-service sports agency alongside business partner Brandon Wassel. He's calling it Legacy Trust Sports Group.

"Our mission is to help athletes grow not just as players but as people, throughout their careers and beyond.”
The 33-year-old dealt with medical issues over the last couple of seasons, prematurely ending a stellar career. He earned five second-team All-Pro nods and Pro Bowls.
“Launching Legacy Trust Sports Group is deeply personal to me,” Mosley said in the press release. “Over the course of my 11-year career, I’ve learned that while performance on the field can open doors, it’s who you are off the field that defines your legacy. I’ve lived the highs and lows of this game. I know what these athletes are going through – because I’ve been there.”
With 132 starts, 12 interceptions, 12 sacks, and 53 pass break ups, athletes know they'll be represented by someone who walked the walk in college and the NFL.
“We want every client to feel safe, valued, and confident that their future is in the hands of people who truly care,” Mosley said in the press release. “Legacy Trust will be more than just representation. It will be family.”
